Bio:
Mary Deane is a trauma-informed, LGBTQ affirming, environmentally conscious licensed mental health counselor, and registered art therapist working in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Mary received a master’s degree from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA in 2011 in expressive arts therapies and mental health counseling. She also studied art therapy at Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and the Studio Arts Center International in Florence, Italy. Mary was a resident artist at Arquetopia in Oaxaca, Mexico in 2011, and at UnchARTed in Lowell, MA in 2012-2013. In 2014 Mary completed a 9-month, advanced training program at Justice Resource Institute’s Trauma Center receiving a certificate in the treatment of traumatic stress.
Mary’s current private practice focuses on providing trauma-informed treatment to those ready to seek support. Mary also enjoys supporting clients in healthy development and navigating positive communication and relationships in all life domains.
